Indications：
1. Prevention of highly emetogenic chemotherapy-induced acute nausea and vomiting;
2. Prevention of moderately emetogenic chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting
As the second generation of 5-HT3 receptor antagonists, it have strong affinity to receptors and long time of drug action.
